Coffee & Community

Amy West and Anthony Frattolillo founded Hold Steady Coffee in the Summer of 2021. After evacuating from a forest fire, during the Pandemic, and with a new born baby in tow, they landed at The Pedernales Farmers Market in Spicewood, TX on a hot August afternoon and they were welcomed into the community which they now call their own. Amy has over 15 years experience as a chef and caterer and Anthony has been mastering the art of coffee roasting for almost a decade. They now bring a wellspring of knowledge together from their experience in the hospitality and service industry to provide all of central Texas with the finest coffee available (as well as advice on coffee programs, equipment needs and more). They're dedicated and have a passion for advancing the craft of coffee roasting and creating community one cup at a time.
